Atlanta personal injury attorney Neil Kopitsky talks about a case study in which a female cyclist was sideswiped by an automobile.

As a cyclist, I understand cycling and accident cases. With this particular case, an elite racing cyclist was in an accident in which the other side claimed she hit the car from behind. Yet, a mirror on the car was bent back. When the car hit the cyclist's handlebars, it caused her to fall to her left hand side and her elbow hit the tail light -- which is why they think she hit the back of the car. We measured the distances between the handlebar, mirrors, tail light and car -- along with other information -- to help prove it was the motorist who hit the cyclist. Watch the video now to learn more.
