***PLEASE NOTE*** - This recipe is different to the original Fillet O Fish due to legal reasons. The taste however, will be similar.

Ingredients: serves 4

4 fresh fish portions
2 cups Panko crumbs
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups flour
4 slices cheddar cheese
4 bread buns

TARTARE SAUCE
1 cup whole egg mayonnaise
1/2 tsp capers chopped
1 tsp gerkin chopped
1 tsp parsley choppes
1 tsp lemon juice
