  • I greatly admire Matt Damon for his incredibly handsome face, lovely deep voice and gorgeous muscles, but his political judgment is damaged if he thinks it is acceptable to conscript people into the army on the basis of who their father is.

  • @roguewarrior...uuhhh in liby...we sent approx...6 pilots...and they werent fighters they were stealth...so the libyans didnt even see wtf hit em...i kno...i work on the aircraft..

  • So...he wants the draft reinstated? Or maybe he's suggesting that Bush's daughters should go if they want to go? Sounds like a lot of rhetoric to me.

  • When will Matt Damon speak about Obama's daughters joining the military since we have sent our own fighter pilots into combat in Libya?

  • i hope bush fucking dies!!!

  • @assault82nd You need to think about the people who sit in Washington in air conditioned rooms and make these decisions. I'm not saying they take them lightly but it is and always will be a mistake to let politicians run wars like we have now and in the past. A great example is Iraq and Rumsfelds plan to use less troops than needed in the invasion, ignoring the Pentagon and Generals, also disbanding the Iraq Army which would have provided law and order and saved us a lot of lives and time!

  • yes send them drunk bitches down to iraq.

  • @000nosferatu I say make it into law. Able bodied offspring of politicians who get to vote about wars are to be sent in the 1st line of marines there. Shit they'd start singing John Lennon in congress...

  • HELL YES! That'd teach them responsibility, or does America pride them selves on trashiness

  • @000nosferatu I can think of only one and thats JFK. He ended up being one of the most beloved Presidents of the 20th century though. At this point I'd settle for at least letting our congress vote on war. We haven't declared any of our wars since WW2 and we also haven't won any of them. We will eventually be forced by economics to end this "war on terror".
