  • He is as human as the rest of us. There is no need to put a human being on a pedestal. It is the responsibility of "the person" to reason, believe, or experience what this man, James Arthur Ray, teaches. We should all learn from our own experience. He was just sharing and gives us the chance to think and learn.

  • First of all he is not a GURU. It's the media and people out there who label him this way. He is a motivational speaker. Why are people making this dramatic? Geesh! Let it go already! I think he does a great job as a motivational speaker. Thats all he is to me. A MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER.

  • Two years concurrently? That's not bad at all.

  • Self Help Gurus: Do unto others as you would have it done unto you.

All of our problems, all of our conflicts, all of our difficulties in creating a Life on our planet of peace and joy are based in our failure to understand this simple instruction, and to follow it.

  • Wow. Hard to watch!

  • I went out with James Ray just before he became famous. I was attending his seminar. He was a humble, down to earth guy who shared with me his background & what he had gone through. I commend him for turning his life around & using the principles he was preaching. When I saw him speaking on Larry King re:The Secret, something seemed to have changed. Great advice...but seemed to be in a more egocentric frame of mind. I believe what happened to him WAS the Law of Attraction. He went off course.

  • @rayrayrayray023 Your predictions were remarkably accurate!! ;)

  • This dude made a mistake. He didn't try to kill those people. These people making these comments on hear are haters against the new age teaching. It was an accident.

  • @bohemiana Monster? No. Deluded? Yes, and unfortunately many people share in James Ray's emotionally-appealing delusions because he is a powerful public speaker. He dresses up old axioms with flowery "spiritual" language and bits of Native American mysticism for one purpose: to make himself rich. That's the only thing that was going on before the seminar, and it had been going on since he first set foot on the public stage. The sooner we're rid of these "self-help" quacks the better.
