Well I'm glad you got the name change. And as for the security officers, when the lady officer told you to use they gents toilet, you should have said something along the lines of, "Well I technically am a guy, but the officer in the guy's bathroom just told me to use the lady's toilet because he wouldn't believe me, so why don't YOU talk to him, eh?"
