@MrMrtiki I fear you are probably right :-( My guess is that someone fed the bear at one time. Plus there is some delicious new growth beside the road. Maybe some people who feed bears will get something out of this :-) and the forestry industry. Does do good for the forest and animals :-) By selective cutting, creating areas that promote new growth in the deep forest :-D
