KN612HC has a completely different basket than 12trx plus a different casting for its T35 type tweeter 612HC is a beautiful driver. - I've had 612HC in the 15" Karlson cabinet where it would hit like a sledgehammer with very little cone excursion. What's in the 612 for capacitors? - currently got one just hooked up but the tweeter isn't responding so hoping that the cap rather than tweeter voice-coil failure. - best, Freddy
