I look just as skinny as this guy, and do the same type of curl more or less with 50's. People always talk shit about form and stuff, but honestly doing whatever feels natural to me has given me amazing results. I started doing 25's and in 3 months I doubled my weight. I look funny in the gym cuz Im so thin but im lifting the same amount of weight as dudes 3x my size. As far as form goes, I just make sure im not throwing out my back or banging joints and I do just fine.

This is actually really damn decent. I give him props! Just wait until he ages a few years, his body will regulate itself and he will probably explode and look like a beast. In fact he probably already does since this video is posted in 08. Hopefully he kept with the routine

Kind of brute force curling. It works for some.
I guarantee you if you had your feet together with a slight bend at the knees and were holding the dumbbells parallel to the floor (like a bar) you'd barely rep twice

@prod1gy3000 I guarantee i can, vid is 3.5 years old. I have a newer vid curling the 60s with better form
