Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.A "Gone With The Wind" video (mainly from Scarlett's POV) about her relationship with Rhett and what went wrong between them. I always believed, in my heart of hearts, that they would find their way back to each other because they were so in each others' blood and were so much alike. It's great that both the book and film left that possibility open, and that Margaret Mitchell's estate had Alexandra Ripley write "Scarlett" as the sequel so that the fiery Southern Belle and her worldly, passionate and admitted scoundrel could reunite after some years of emotional growth. (I don't count the second sequel sanctioned by the estate, "Rhett Butler's People", since the author had no idea how to write the characters from the original, especially given that he never read GWTW). Anyway, Amanda Marshall's "Beautiful Goodbye" seemed fitting for the regrets and missed opportunities that Scarlett and Rhett had, and how they let so much pass them by because both of them were so stubborn that it was hard for them to admit how they really felt. Of course, Scarlett being so hung up on Ashley Wilkes (who was so not worth it) didn't help the situation any. Makes you wish that Scarlett had realized her love for Rhett earlier.
Again, the clips are not the best quality and I apologize, but I hope you enjoy!

  • you are right, this song is perfect for Rhett & Scarlett. I find the ending of Gone With The Wind, even though it is the best ending in cinema history, is also the msot frustrating. Beautiful tribute!
