In short:
Transition Sleepers used to be known as "Transition Dorms" and they are usually exclusively used as crew rest areas and TS have a standard-level door on one end to allow "transitioning" between a single-level coach/car and the Superliner Bi-Levels.
Deluxe Sleepers are just like regular Sleepers except all of the rooms are deluxe rooms.

Do deluxe sleepers still exist because I've never heard of them before these comments.

Transition Sleepers are used by the crew. Sleeepers are regular Sleepers have a mixture of accessible, family and standard rooms, while Deluxe Sleepers are deidcated for all-deluxe bedrooms.
