No disrespect to Tupca Shakur, but he should NEVER be compared to Malcolm. There are few people (black, white or othewise) who can be grouped with Malcom. Tupac is not one of them.

please don't compare malcolm x with 2pac malcolm would not have been next to 2pac  2pac is the would who ignited a east vs west coast rap war which led to black bloodshed and 2pac caused his death on his own stupid ass by him and 100 more guys beating WHAT !!!!! A BLACK MAN who was minding his own damn business and this blackman came back with his boys and smoked the hell out of 2pac so he caused his death on himself.

@calicool213 EXACTLY, Tupac rapped about violence, sex, drugs, "hoes" and etc......nothing to do with MALCOM X. NOTHING. (NO BLACK ON BLACK MUSIC/CRIME) MALCOM is fighting to get rights and freedom so that Tupac can rap one day and be on TV.

@calicool213 oh, but Tupac can be compaired to Malcom since he spoke truth to power and had one of the farthest reaches of his time, Of course he can't be "grouped" with Malcom, because no one can. But I compare him to Malcom in the since he spoke truth to power in the loudest voice of his time. The war between the nation and Malcom can be compared to the so-called east-vs-west "beef" also, I THINK, just an opinion.

Tupac was killed at 25 years of age. Malcolm X was killed around age 40 I believe. Tupac was still in his formative years people we cannot forget this very significant point. Malcolm X used to be a pimp, drug dealer and carried the street name of Detroit Red while still in his twenties. Both lives were cut short only Tupac's life was cut shorter. Both good and true men and both deserve honor and respect. No man is perfect.
