If the vehicle is in good shape... than this is a shame. People want to recycle, well used cars is recycling. Also used cars are sometimes all someone can finance and or afford. Allot of people can loose there independence if this went full tilt.

PEOPLE LIKE FREE STUFF. people are stupid. they are destroying running automobiles and replacing them with car payments. a fisically irresponsible behaviors. oh, and that guy had 220K on his old vehicle, i hope he doesnt plan on getting that with his new car, the qaulity is terrible these days.
