I'm often skeptical of UFO videos, but I'm struggling to find any explanation for this. I'm pretty experienced with CG and photography, and there are a couple of things about this that tell me it's almost surely not a fake. I won't go into detail because I don't want to teach people how to make perfect fakes.
I think it's much more likely to be an unknown electrical phenomena than a little green man, but I'm definitely scratching my head.

I saw something very very similar to this video with witnesses. UFO's where never my thing and could care less until what we saw a week ago.
We where freaked out on what we saw.
It was actually quite traumatic to witness this type of event. with witnesses.
It's Like who the hell are you going to explain to what we had seen.
We Know what we saw and we are not crazy.
