NOT that I'm not on your side but they can just use a proxy server. And they might not be based in the Uk so anti-racism laws might differ quite a bit from the UK.
Just google anonymous proxy list. Its a simple as adding an add-in to firefox.
This is method no secret..
What youtube should do is just release all user connection info and block all public proxies.
In truth its hard to track people down. Esp as IP, NIC etc etc can be easily changed or masked.

Also, I built computers for a living and work on security coding for many sites, so I do know quite a lot about this..good try though but most that came out your mouth was bullshit, but not out of the ordinary compared to any other woman I know..I mean your hot and all, but God or w/e you choose to believe in (I'm not biased you can believe in waht you want) did not give you any brains to go with that beauty..I mean atleast research your lie first if your going to lol

no offense or anything but CPU is a central processing unit and has nothing to do with a code or how to find anyone..and gathering any intel location, name of person through the int. is considered int. sec. violation and u can get federally charged for that if police aren't doing it for you..and you do it by getting their IP contact their int. provider and get the name and everything from that, unless you want to try and hack a company, which is a felony with a min. 5yr sentence lol
