Just to add,The Beatles often played songs twice as fast live, Lennon said this many times in interviews.This was so they could get through the songs and get off stage fast.

TWATLASHER:I'm a huge Beatles fan & i have seen these guys in concert loads of times mate,they are really very close.There's a couple of logic things to think about.If these guys are as bad as you say,people wouldn't keep going to see them & they wouldn't fill theatres around the UK year in year out,thats not counting stuff abroad either.I think you have made your point now mate, you aint gonna convert everyone to think your way by slagging these guys off.
