i have the same problem, everytime i scratch it presses the other two buttons too.. so i can't make combos at all. anyone who knows how to solve the problem?

@LOVEHATEREPEAT hey mate, I dont actually think there is a fix to it but apparently Dj Hero 2 is fixed. And it wasnt just my turntable i sent back like 4 of them and each new one was just the same =(

cause wen ur in the middle of a game and try scratching it it presses buttons automatic and u cant get any points

I get the same problem, and in the middle of a scratch, even if I barely move the record portion, it still pushes one of the other 2 buttons and screws up all my combos.

you can call activision as far i know, tell them about the problem and get fixed.

but i want repair it by myself, if you notice the turn table you would see it the spins looks weird (if you watch it from differents angles)

my turn table just wont scratch, is there a clicking noise when you try to scratch? i heard there was but this dosnt click

I just emailed activision and they gave me some solutions,i done them and strangely it has been working fine (so far) :S,all they told me to do is

1 - use a fresh pair of batteries

2 - sync the turntable on to the xbox (i did this a few times)

3 - remove all wirless devices away from the turntable

I removed my phone and wirless keyboard from my room,first go was still going crazy but when i tryed a second mix it was working fine,its also stopped going crazy when spinnng in the menu =D

im having exactly the same problem,not only it does that but the spinback activates when i am holding a note and scratching it,i also had to take mine back and get it replaced 3 or 4 times,any idea how i can get this fixed?

any info would me much apreciated,thanks

someone said this is a static electricity problem. He noticed it when his controller worked in (moist) Michigan but not in (dry) Colorado.

He placed some anti-static sheet of some sort near the button wires under the disc and ended up fixing the problem.

"I simply took a dryer static sheet off of the dryer, tore a small length from it, and wrapped it around the spindle near where the contact points were at, and taped it down. I also wrapped another around the bottom piece"

i have a problen where the turn table wont do any scratching in a song it makes my sad :(
