Fps is 20-30 with Fraps and without it around 35-50 Avg 40~
My Specs are:
Vista 64bit
Intel E8500 3.8ghz
4gb ram
Asus HD4870 1Gb
Songs are Floorfilla - Komputermelody (Bootystylerz remix) and Guru Josh Project - Infinity (klass vocal edit)

look at the ground watch your FPS RISE i got 50 in very high but when i looked up i got 2 fps

Actually quite a lot, especially in games like crysis that stream textures from the hard drive in real time. Higher RPM = Better Performance

stock cooler.... on 4.0 my cpu gets too hot after playing few hours gta iv or tf2

That don't look like 20-30 FPS. That look more like 10-20.
