Justice! Innocent until proven guilty! The right to a fair trial!

http://unitedpatriots.org/

These are basic civilian rights our warriors have sworn to defend. These are also the rights our soldiers are not guaranteed while serving in our country's military. A military defendant is "presumed guilty" and must prove his or her own innocence. Left with the burden of not only finding adequate legal representation, but also paying for it.

While our enemies are given civilian rights, provided with teams of attorneys paid for with our tax dollars, and given civilian trials; our warriors are read their Article 39(a) Miranda-Tempia rights on the battle field, and now sit in prison. They are not given court appointed attorneys. Their families must beg, borrow and mortgage their homes in order to retain an attorney that will defend their loved ones from the very country, for many generations, our sons and daughters have proudly fought and died for.

Most families send their loved ones to war with the prayer, "God, please watch over our soldiers and bring them home safely". Today, America has taken a different approach. We allow the media to watch over our soldiers, bring them home labeled as murderers, and adorn them with steel bars and shackles.

  • I was about to join the army pretty soon

after closely following the case of SSgt Wuterich and team

I will not join the army

if I don't die in the war I may rot in prison..

  • @GunnyHayes

    5 years lost

    are you still serving?

  • I sorry to hear that this is happening to our service men and women, why is it that the rich elite can basically murder an innocent American in broad daylight and only get 3 years in white collar prison and a true American hero who has been wrongfully accused by his own can get life or even executed, for killing the enemy or the accidentally killing the enemies innocent supporters!

  • God Bless. This means a lot to me. After I enlisted my brother enlisted as well. He always wanted to be like his big brother. During his processing at MEPS, he was unaware that as a child he was diagnosed with asthma. He told them that he had never had asthma. He is currently serving 5 years in Federal Prison for Fraudulent Enlistment. I feel so helpless because there is nothing I can do.

  • Uniformed Code of Fucking Injustice (UCFI) what a great country...yeah right.

  • how sad we are, that we will provide lawyers to common criminals in civilian courts, but not do the same for those who would die to protect those same rights.

  • Amen Rebel! He's the only one that can.

  • GOD BLESS, OUR TROOPS

    & ALL TRUE PATRIOTS!

    DEO VINDICE!=GOD Will Vindicate!

  • Allow me to put the term in context. The US media is the 'Yellow Press'. They are the ones selling headlines and profiting from the attrocities committed against our soldiers, in the battlefield, behind bars and in court. Our heroes are the ones getting their heads cut off and being burned and hung from bridges. We are the ones allowing this to happen.

Think maybe it's time to wake up and do something about it?
