Sasuke thinks about Naruto, kind of regretting the stuff that he's done. Naruto's so stressed (apparently) that he feels like his head is going to collapse (?? lol) and at the end Sasuke feels guilty but he decides to kill Naruto anyways. Ahaha I really don't know :)
