Hey im like 15 and i just watch most of the videos u did with dylan. and ur doing pretty good process with him. see in 7th grade i weighed like 200lbs and now im a freshman and weigh 138lbs and benching alot. Thats awesome! see im trying to get ready for next year for football. and i wanna be a good full back and i was wandering what workouts i need to do? to become a good fullback
