Have you noticed that the scenic images--winter, mountain, forest--always fit perfectly with Agalloch's music?

2:24 is one of the most beautiful riffs ever made

This song is twelve minutes long and every time it ends I get sad because I wish it could last forever.

@xXMetalMan666Xx if you didnt enjoythe first album try "ashes against ther grain" and just lay down while listening and close your eyes. :)

This morning, I was exhausted, broken, will-less to get myself to prepare for a day of work....and then I took a listen of this song. I closed my eyes, and just absorbed every note, ever pitch, and every word. This song brought me back to myself and helped me find peace. No song has ever done that for me before. There is something unearthly about this song, and this band. Perhaps it is because, through their music they have achieved a sound level like none other. Simply, Hail Agalloch. \m/
