I've seen alot of rodents build nests in air boxes and cabin filters.

nice vid bro, maybe super glue a screen or a computer fan filter over the hole??
-
Should of put a mesh screen where the snorkel use to be
-
Don't drive through trees and that should not be a problem. ;)

@Scar3Cr0w619 Ya you're probably right - not a big deal. But I went with the K&N CAI instead. But yeah it definitely would be worth it - it makes a big difference in throttle response!

Gotcha. But what the hell were you driving through? haha

@tarheelmr7 loll I wish I could tell ya, but thats just from everyday driving. I would recommend the K&N CAI to anyone though, the throttle response is wicked. Hope you dont have leaves in your intake!

I think this happened because you did not run a 3" pipe into the fender well.

@tarheelmr7 you cant run a 3" pipe on the 2009-2010 trucks, only the previous year models because the intake is actually a cylindrical shape where you can put a Flexible rubber coupling with gear clamps and attach a 3" PVC pipe. The "Snorkel" that you take off the 2009 and 2010 models is oddly shaped, I'm sure you could MacGyver something together to do the same idea, but I did not. Now I just have a K&N aftermarket intake installed.
