Looked like fun! I haven't gotten to jump in almost 6 months! It is raining nasty, school is crazy, christmas is coming, Dixie got hurt and blah blah blah. Percy looks GREAT! He sure does look like he loves to jump!

I think weather has been crap everywhere in the US lately, the only nice weather is like in TX.. How is Dixie girl, you putting her victorian collar on her.. poor girl.. give her dog cookies for me..

Dixie is doing great! And yeah the weather has been crazy. And she has already gotten the collar off! What is the youngest age that you think people should ride a foal!

I personality won't touch a foal for saddle training until it is 3 and half years.. and the knees are sealed up.. it depends on the horse of course.. butt to wither height ratio and etc.. what breed is it.. and height.. how high is the butt compared to the withers? I didn't start sassy until she was almost 4.. but she is still growing some..figures she never stops..

I just had a girl tell me that she is breaking a rearing 3yr old stud. I told her she is stupid to be riding a 3yr old, I start getting them use to the saddle at 3, and won't start breaking really until they are 4 close to 5.

wow..that is pretty stupid a stud yeah.. hope she has fun with that.. studs definitely take longer.. reason why Percy was gelded at age 5 and broke in by mah at 6yrs.. in Jan 09.. some people just need to learn the hard way.. I guess.
