World Premiere - Reality TV Group Therapy with Dr. Jane Goldberg - Session 1

Witness first-hand the manifestation of psychic mechanisms as attempts to defend the ego: for instance, we see at the narcissistic defense, as defined by Hyman Spotnitz. We observe the expressions of Freuds concept of eros (love) and thanatos (death and aggression) as group members struggle to find safe, yet authentic, footing with one another, and come to both love and hate each other. You will think they are out of central casting but they are real people, with real issues that they have the courage and generosity to share their working through processes with the universe.

I wonder why this got 11 thumbs down? It is an interesting statement. Hyman Spotnitz cured those that Sigmund Freud considered incurable. He wrote about it in a book published in 1969 "Modern Psychoanalysis and the Schizophrenic Patient"

I would think you are exhausted from all the emotional baggage you've been hauling around and that Grope Therapy might be a way to start your healing process.

All of us are on an individual journey but to try and apply some standard to a hypothetical universal solution seems to veer of /off course.
