Lauren, I've been watching you for years and I think you're gorgeous. I became overweight after being so very healthy two years ago, and I've dropped 21 pounds in the past 9 months. Slooooow progress but if you feel down, try myfitnesspal. it really helped me. Good luck girly.

I totally understand how you're feeling. I turned 25 yesterday and I really had a tough time accepting the fact that I am not the way I pictured I would be at this point in my life. I just got back from the gym today though and I am reminding myself that every step I take has to be in the direction of my ultimate goal. One step at a time, no matter how small, will get me to where I want to go and the same works for all of us. I am so amazed with your talent and the fact that you've built so much
