Actually maybe you do not know how to read. This fire was SOUTH of Base line between 91st and 99th avenues by both Fox 10 and the AZ Republic. Although Gila Bend Fire Dept was there this fire was on the border of the Laveen neighborhood of Phoenix and the Gila Bend Indian Reservation. It was about 8 miles southwest of Downtown Phoenix. Look on a map and look it up.

Look Buddy, this one was the Gila Bend fire.
It has been on the news that the people on the indian reservation didn't want our help.
And it has been a big issue for many Poeple of the East Valley.

Actually I think this fire was in the Laveen neighborhood of the City of Phoenix--it was pretty far away from Downtown.
