There was a newsagents just inside of there once. Funny what you remember. They completely erased its existence. Could be this sealed cave, full of away supporters bodies...

It's not missed. What frickin idiot architect ever thought that was a good idea? Probably the same one that designed the row of crappy little shops that used to be right in front of Lime St station, now also thankfully gone!

I remember the cafe under that tall office building that got demolished, just by the stairs exit of that subway, I used to go in there as a kid. Still miss that place, not exactly the best looking part of town but very nostalgic for me.

Why did they fill it in? I was in Liverpool a few weeks ago and was wondering why the hell it's gone. Made crossing that big busy road much easier.

Another poor quality video - did you watch it before posting? please don't use a mobile film of poor quality to video things. Don't turn them black and white when they were only filmed a few years ago - it looks rubbish and a bit too fake.

So what happened to it mate??..I've been over in Ohio for the last 3 years..and remember jumping of the 10, going there and cutting across to the Johns.
A lots changed from what I heard from me mum. Should be back soon..about next year

they have filled it in and are restoring lime street facade, and making it into a walkway
they have also narrowed the road and replaced the traffic lights so its easy to cross without
dieing ;-)
