"Along with many of you, we've seen the video showing one of our couriers carelessly and improperly delivering a package the other day. As the leader of our pickup and delivery operations across America, I want you to know that I was upset, embarrassed, and very sorry for our customer's poor experience. This goes directly against everything we have always taught our people and expect of them. It was just very disappointing."

    Of course you care about your customers, you do not have to tell us that, we already knew that since we pay you. What we would like is for you to care about your employees. If they were not forced to work so much for so little pay, they probably would not act like this. What this employees are trying to do is to deliver the amount of packages you tell them to deliver in the time you give them. And some of them can not do it even delivering them like this guy did on this video. It's your fault.

    i know its not excusable, im saying that less stressed out employees work better ,but i know what you mean, i wouldnt do this either, the employee was wrong, but we cant just say that he was wrong and ignore everything else, there are more things going on that need to be pointed out and dealt with, things that are great part of the cause of this behavior, not everyone is the same and even though i wouldnt react this way, other people do, and its not excusable, but it is completely understandable
