  • @Lillyvon The shoyu is soy sauce and mirin was the last ingredient for the sauce, which is a sweet rice alcohol. I would really like to try this out too. Looks delicious! :)

  • @KassemCollinCherry i use silken for my agedashi tofu. the trick is to use a deep fryer with a basket.

  • @Vivalarachie This is firm tofu. it's not possible to frie silk tofu, it will break and eventually melt.

  • Is that firm tofu? I think the Japanese restaurants in my area use soft tofu, but I would imagine that it might be harder to work with.

    The last ingredient is Mirin.

  • I could not catch the last ingredient that went into the sauce. So it's water, dashi, sho yu?? and something else. I really want to cook this so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
