I could not catch the last ingredient that went into the sauce. So it's water, dashi, sho yu?? and something else. I really want to cook this so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@KassemCollinCherry i use silken for my agedashi tofu. the trick is to use a deep fryer with a basket.

@Vivalarachie This is firm tofu. it's not possible to frie silk tofu, it will break and eventually melt.

Is that firm tofu? I think the Japanese restaurants in my area use soft tofu, but I would imagine that it might be harder to work with.
