  • ofcourse Qi exist. Only people not sensitive can say "not exist". Mind controll Qi flow. So if you say yourself "not exist" you will not feel anything. That's your wish. :)

  • Having many weapons in arsenal never gaurentees a win.

"A street fighter who has mastered 1 or 2 moves can beat a Karate Black Belt [or Kung fu Master] who knows 10 different ways to block a punch" ~ The Naked Warrior by Pavel Tsatsouline

Its not about how many techiques you have but how you use and master them. Its what combines the Martial (meaning "of or relating to war") to the art.

  • It is better to start learning the internal practice while never learning these external movements, than it is to start these external movements and never learn the internal practice.

The only stance a beginner needs to know is a basic 'embrace tree' / horse stance. Anything more is too distracting for the beginner to be able to keep his mind inside his/her body, and learn propper biomechanics, mind intent, breathing technique, qi/chakra integration...etc.

  • That is the purpose. If you start telling a beginner about the nuances it will only confuse the beginner, and he/she will probably stop practicing.

It will come with time and practice. All the info will fit in like pieces in a puzzle.

  • I hate videos like this, that only describe external movements timed with breath. He mentions nothing about the internal mechanics of the body, proper breathing method, or anything that has to do with qigong. Healthy individuals with really good genetics for biomechanics may get results from not knowing shit about what they're doing, but people who actually need qigong need a little more info. So many shallow videos like this out there, no wonder people are still debating the existence of qi.

  • wats it do?

  • feel the power and energy inside u. don't tell me the heart's power can jump blood all the way down to ur legs and up again. i know there's something ur blood from flowing back, besides, it's not vacuum in our veins,so there must be another element making our blood flow. Westerners now has just begun to acknowledge the science behind it, where it was already known back to at least a thousand years and more.
