its funny how he showed him mercy here, but in TF3 he klled him in less than 30 second with one arm. hasbro really need to step up their game

@BOMustang Because Megatron is still the "brother" Prime once knew and he wasn't always evil. Prime almost always tries to help his enemies see the error of his ways. As for the Fallen (Megatronus), he's the birth-giver of the Decepticons and sometimes unfortunately, there are cases that are beyond repair.

@BOMustang Because, depending on how you interpret what he said in the first film, Megatron's his brother.

Then again if you count hyper nerdy retcons which I can't get into here, The Fallen's like his uncle or something.
