Immigration: Anchor babies beware

It seems that Arizona is at it again. There is a new immigration law that has been proposed that would deprive the children of illegal immigrants US citizenship, even if they were born in the United States. Critics say that this would be a violation of the 14th amendment of the US constitution, which grants citizenship to anyone born the US.

How could ANY nation threaten their neighboring countries immigration to pass along incomplete Immigration documentation, and then turn around over a course of time to naturalize Any greencard permanent resident who enter Fraud in the United States? Where is the information sharing and International law not knowing of Foreign UFAP immigration?

Any American whom would learn that they have entered treachery by marrying someone in FRAUD *Should have reported this IMMEDIATELY to the FBI. @smcvarish "Subject to the jurisdiction" has absolutely nothing to do with "subject to the laws enacted in a that jurisdiction". They are two totally separate issues. Everyone on U.S. soil is "subject to the laws enacted in that jurisdiction", but not everyone is a "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States". When this issue reaches the Supreme Court, even Soto-Mayor or whatever her name is will not be able to wiggle out of that.

I have a question for Juan. He stated that it was illegal for undocumented aliens to receive any public assistance. My question is: After the illegal immigrant has a child here in the United States, does that new 'citizen' not become eligible and actually receive food stamps? If so; are we to assume that only that new 'citizen' eats the food that the assistance provides or do the entire illegal family eat the food that the United States government provides? Facts do not lie.
