Still holds NCAA career records (3667 and 44.2 ppg in 83 games) set during a time when freshman weren't eligible for varsity athletics and there was no 3 point line. If he had played 4 years with the 3 point line he would have had over 5,000 points and averaged 60 points for his career, easy.

the reason pete didn't do as well as he could have in the NBA is simply because he was literally too good for the NBA at the time, the league wasn't ready for him, players were not conditioned to be able to receive his no look passes or crazy moves.
