7) Pilot did not open Liferafts & neglected to Land at the same airport LaGuardia, with 3800 feet make a simple Tear Drop, Pilot did not order Life Rafts to be opened, Pilot made made false bird hits report, Pilot puts lives of crew & passengers in danger thus FAA & NTSB MUST Charge Pilot and Suspended his License. Altitude of 3800 feet is omitted from all reports to cover up Pilot Negligence as with that height pilot could simply make a Tear Drop and land safely at same airport Pilot neglected to Land at the same airport, did not order Life Rafts be opened, made false bird hits report, puts lives of crew & passengers in danger MUST be Suspended.

Video shows Airbus has protected its two engines in front of birds-"Chicken Gun"; also no one has seen any bird. Bird could not cause Engine to "Fall" from "Wing": Bird can not cause BOTH engine flame OUT!

The truth is Both engines have failed due to mechanical defects.
