Well the strategists should be appreciated only if they are planning for the betterment of humanity rather than how to steal a nation's wealth and assets.

This whole presentation says itself that such attempts are not doing any good to the humanity as whole rather its a clash of titans who are extremely ruthless and there is no value of human life in their eyes.

I believe every single human should strive for the betterment of humanity as the Devil works for his own offspring.

consultative means they hold firm to the perhaps outdated sovereignty principles dating back to the Treaty of Westphalia. As amoral civic and political rights violators, they obviously can not criticize other countries on their violations of the democratic ideal.
