  • @royalkingace century's last a long time, mine usually last 1 year plus and that's with heavy use with my bootcamp clients. if it's just you, I'd expect it to last over 5 years. if it doesn't just do what I do in my how to make a med ball video

  • Hey Jason, does this have any advantages over something like a sledge hammer on a tire?

  • @fightnuttube obviously you have the ability to change the weight to as low as you want or as big a ball you can fit. it works the same motion, but I think with the med ball and rope it's more stability so more core and grip work.

  • Thanks for replying. As soon as I get the time, I am going to try this. Actually, as funny as it sounds, this makes me think about those medeival knights and their maces: a ball attached to a chain and handle. Those guys must've had amazing cores
