You know what I've always wondered? How do they get fat free sour cream?

If you think about it, cream is the fat that has been skimmed off of milk. Seeing as cream is almost all fat, how can you have fat free sour cream? It's like having fat free butter, it just doesn't make sense.

There actually IS fat free butter. It is a spray that is flavored like butter but is mostly water. Fat free sour cream is mostly skim milk that has a coagulant added to make it more solid.

this is amazing I've been in many chili cook offs as much as I disagree with the beans its a wonderful meal . all the chilis I've mad are great but this one is 3x as great because its health ,hot and tastes great
