Don't consider Hinduism as a religion, as it is a movement. Conversion is not appreciated in Hinduism. No matter if u r a Christian/Muslim etc.... covert to a good Christian/Muslim. If u r a good convert to a better, If u r a better convert to a best one thats enough. Only service without expectation is the secret to reach the dignity. Remember God is neither religious oriented nor a gender oriented. To say this am not a Atheist but believe God in the form of peace, hospitality, love.

@sriram36 Hinduism has a long tradition of accepting people into its fold. To say otherwise is to deny the facts that exist in the world today and the past' India right across SE Asia, there was mass adoption of the religion 2000 years ago.

@dineshdhoni We die, we come back, others spend eternity elsewhere, for them life on earth is just a pitstop. So, God has made us the keepers of this earth. If Global warming is right & earth becomes a hell, as a Hindu u will be asked to step up & fight. U can also follow in the footsteps of a Gandhi, Mother Teresa, MLK & work to make earth a heaven!

Any fool can praise God, but only we Hindus are Blessed because we aim to earn Praise FROM God!

@dineshdhoni U have heard other religions making mighty promises - just beg & grovel before our god & he will forgive u & u go to heaven. yay! The Hindu God forces u to do the right thing - if u died without paying off debts - u have to do the right thing, u have to keep ur promises & come back & repay. No Heaven, No Hell (thank God for no hell, no saddam like sadistic God torturing people)

Hinduism is for the Tough, the Strong & the Good. Is this something that u appeals to u?

@dineshdhoni U can't just convert without first becoming a Hindu - that means learning a bit more about Hinduism & if our values match urs then in any Temple u can go thru a conversion ceremony. We believe that God is more like a Teacher, so love God, respect God, but never, ever Fear God! Realise that God is not an escape hatch, a back door that u can use to run away from problems. U never, ever Beg God for mercy. The Hindu God is a Moral Guide, not a convernient back door
