  • surgery doesnt always cure it. it does come back. I have had the surgery once had it repaired two years later I have it again. arrrggghhhh.

  • I don't know if anyone can answer this, but I have a question related to this video as I think I may have a Hiatal Hernia: I have never been able to burp. I have childhood memories of soda drinking with friends to see who could burp the loudest - but I could never burp. I would just bloat to the point of tears. As an adult I frequently get a gassy stomach (rarely acid reflux) and must stick my fingers down my throat in order to remove the gas. Has anyone heard of this problem before?

  • Thanks for the great video. Good Explanation.

  • Be careful. Don't let doctors push on your stomach during the exam. My doctor hurt me doing this!

  • @bonzaibb12 Sorry about that if I implied. I certainly was on the hopefull side of things that you weren't. And sure enough you were not. Great.

  • @bonzaibb12 Mine have disappeared... And I emphasize it's my symptoms. Yes the pain is gone- NOT the hernia. I would surmise that you take those things because you just feel mentally like you "should" take them, even though they don't help ? And/or maybe the doctor recommended them and that's why, if I may ask ?

  • @gblueslover2 By the way your a bit rude. Implying I am an Alchoholic or druggie just because my experience shows your theory to be inncorrect.

Most druggies and Alchoholics dont bother to follow any type of advanced supplement routines.

  • @gblueslover2 I am not implying it the supplement have made me worse just that they in no way cure a hiatal hernia or its symptoms. I am not a drinker or druggy and I eat a whole foods diet from the health foods store. No red meats and only cooked easy to digest veggies. I eat light meals and do not eat 3 hrs before bed. I excersise daily. So there you have it a healthy diet and lifestyle
