  • yer there great it has to be said. however i still feel a 6 piece band should create a more dynamic sound. i mean look at muse, there not my favourite band ever, but you have to admire the complexity of there music and there only a 3 piece.

  • Thanks for the comment. I wrote this song specifically to be kind of sparse and lonely sounding. Most of the other songs on our album are more dynamic and complex. If you're into more progressive stuff check out our song "Those Who Bellow Grief and Tears." ~Jason

  • Hey was this filmed with the panasonic hvx-200 in 24 p thanks just curious.

  • It was actually 16 millimeter film, telecined at 24p. You can send further technical inquiries to user "nightrainfilms". Thanks!

  • Uhm oh yeah.... good intense music.,... where are you from?

  • Estrum is from Austin, Texas, USA. Thanks for commenting.

  • The "main riff" is great.

  • rFactor 2 indeed

  • I just discovered this band after the music being user as a soudtrack for a video game promo.

I totally love the way you guys sound, the chorus of Abiosis totally gives me goose bumps, didnt had that since Black Hole sun from Soundgarden.

Hope you guys are still active!

    Cheers

  • I first heard Estrum a few years back and have still yet to find an album that I could buy. I wish I could, this song is capitvating and hauntingly so. I find myself listening to it on Youtube from time to time when Im feeling melancholy. Please keep putting out music!

  • Great song!!! Hi Jason and Erik! It's great to see you guys still playing some awesome music! Are you guys still making music with Estrum as well as other projects? Jason, I like your One-Eyed Doll stuff too. Take care, and keep up the great work!

  • I never hear of You before. Today I was looking for information about abiosis and this song was one of results on google. And... I'm really happy that it came up. Great song, very nice video. I really like it.

  • @EstrumBand Wow goal Achieved! Lol vary nice Not alot of my friends appreciate the depth of this song. Keep making more like this and "Blue line"... I mean Amy Lee Can sing but the music sounds synthesized to much and idk ( no offense ) fake sounding, its not bad at all tho. but the every thing about of your band has a more solid sound to it like you guys can make some serious metal if you wanted. Like Opeth and Within Temptation only more dramatic and not like your squealing to sing high pitch.

  • I remember hearing you guys when I was 16 and you still have some of my favorite songs out there :)

  • I wish they never broke up. Estrum you need to get back together because you create some of the most amazing music in the whole entire world! Your fans (or just me) need another album. Pretty please?
