This is a game we came up with for our martial arts kids. This game is easy to play and tons of fun. We've uploaded a small video to give you an idea.
Here is what you need!
1. Exercise ball
We advise that all participants wear headgear and a mouthpiece.
The rules:
1. You can only army crawl-you must stay on your belly.
2. No hands allowed. You may only use your head to move the ball forward, backwards or sideways-using hands results in a penalty.
3. If players get stuck and the ball does not move, replay or "jump ball" it.
This game is a part of our H.I.T. or Hilltop Instructional Training curriculum that we developed for the Brotherhood of Martial Artists, a world wide free educational network.
This is a great cardio workout too! We'll post more videos to share. We hope that if you adopt any of our games or training ideas, please let us know.
