The eggs was boiled fer too long, hence the green miscolored yolk
The perfect boiled egg should be smiling, that means - not quite softboiled nor hardboiled. 5 minutes in boiling water

how can you do this without the mama sita bceause im pretty sure before someone invented the mama sita helper, people knew how to really cook the authentic recipe.

i think pechay it makes the dish more nutricious. and but i think it depends na lang sa preferences ng chef :)

OMG palabok is so good. I usually only get to eat it when I go to pinay retaurant but now I'll try it at home. Thanks for the recipe.

r u a spokesperson for mama sita? cuz all your dishes used her stuff, how bout cooking from scratch without them MSG AND SODIUM loaded pouch powder?

no sir,im not the spokeperson for mama sita..i just use them for delicious and easier cooking..they also launch a Pang-gisa MIX THAT HAS NO MSG..if you dont like cooking without those stuff.thanks for the post!!
