this is a fantastic cover. if i wanted to hear "debaser" exactly how it was meant to be i'd listen to the pixies. rogue wave made this their own, super rad

You have to give credit to a band to take a iconic song and really make it their own. Despite all the complaining, it is quite a unique performance. It is way better than most "covers."

When Frank Black screams he wants to grow up to be a debaser, you believe him. When this guy says it, you don't. The sheer ferocity in which the original is played stomps this version into the ground.

They should just stick to their own material IMO.
