Greetings! So I was knee deep in home renovation when I thought it might be a good idea to make a pie. What was I thinking? Well lucky for me this recipe is super simple and quick to throw together. 8 ingredients including one frozen pie crust and some nuts from the pantry and this pie was in the oven in a flash.

Since Thanksgiving is a bit more than a week away, I wanted to share this pie with you in case you decide you would like to include it on your holiday table.

The recipe will be included in my e-cookbook "Noreen's Kitchen Holiday Helper" which is slated for release in the coming days. Please look for more information regarding how and where to purchase the e-book.

I hope you try this and I hope you enjoy it. As always, Happy Eating!

  • can you use honey instead of corn syrup? I never use corn syrup. But sometimes honey is too sweet. Beautiful pie... I am glad I am not the only one who can't make pie crust.

  • @faithslanding Yes, But adjust the recipe. No sugar and 1 1/2 cups honey everything else is the same. Hope you like it! Noreen : )

  • can i use smaller or chopper pecans?

  • @zalla27 Yes, use what you have, it just won't look like mine. I like the halves on the top because they look so pretty. Chopped pecans won't matter, they will taste just as good. It may have a bit of a different texture as well. Thanks for watching and commenting. Noreen : )
