On the show this week: VIDEO Thursday Reports looks into the torture of individuals and "Non Combatants" at the hands of the US and the UK. Included in this report is a presentation by Jennifer Harbury of TASSC on U.S. involvement in Torture and practices she has discovered over years of research. Jennifer also talks briefly about her book Truth, Torture and the American Way, which was published in 2005. Warning! This Edge presentation contains disturbing, factual images. "Torture is indicative of regimes that weald authoritarian control. It is both vile and ultimately self defeating. In the west we are used to condemning tin pot dictators who use these methods, yet when it is our own governments guilty of these acts, most that condemn turn a blind eye" Also on the show: Edge Correspondent Grims Taroeel interviews Chris from freedomfightersforamerica.com on the subject of electronic warfare, targeted individuals and chip implants. Also on the show: Edge Correspondent CM Leslie submits three Special Reports: The first is "Water World - is there a battle ahead?" Water World describes the looming fresh water crisis and asks the question 'Will this be the next resource war?' In her second report, CM Leslie talks about the growing disaster of Waste Plastic. Plastic does not totally biodegrade and remains in the eco-system, contaminating the precious food-chain. CM's third report is, entitled "Genetic Roulette", is a continuation of her excellent commentaries concerning the GMO-food and chemical giant Monsanto. This continues next week also.
