Its my birthday in 6 days and M&S wont do me a cake now because I wont get paid until 3 days before my birthday and they say you have to give it 7 days. so im looking to make myself a birthday cake with my boyfriend since it would be a bit more fun then going to a shop and buying it. i Love this cake but im not so keen on the blue roofs i think i will try small tiles on mine.

I want to attempt to make this in a couple of weeks. I can't really see clearly how you did the green leafs, what kind of pattern do i pipe on and do i need a particular icing tip. Could you use a buttercream recipe with green colouring?

Wonderful castle! After you smooth the sugar paste with the ivory-colored smoother, what is the other green/yellow piece that you are using? It is at # 46-47 on the counter.
