I just purchased a an S780 mistrio and it has a telescopic extension tube. This thing is built like a Heckler and Kotch gun or Leopard 2 tank. It's the perfect weapon after you call in the exterminator to carpet bomb the Teleban bed bugs. Just replace the bag in this case after you finished vacuuming. The old bag should be ziplock bagged and tossed outside in the garbage. Terrorists and bed bug beware or I will snipe you with the extension hose.

@aventpromo Hey ok.Cool.I'll have to check into getting that.It makes it easier to dust and other stuff with a longer hose.Thanks.Are you enjoying your S7?

You actually can use the canister hose extension kit for the s7 series. There is an adapter that all s5 canisters come with. Many people don't know what this is for. You can purchase this separate and you put in on the end of the hose extension that you would normally place the adapter for your canister. Its a sealed, tight fit to prevent dust from coming out. The adapter will go right on the handle of the upright, just like a normal tool.

@GoVacuums I have owned a Miele S7 for about 1 year now. I have a pretty severe dust allergy and this vacuum is the best I have used for cleaning and dealing with dirt/dust. I actually use it to clean filters on air purifiers and other cheap vacuums that I use for garage/shop areas. It is the only device I've owned that is 100% efficient at removing dust in a way that you don't have to come into contact with it again. To those with dust allergies--- A Miele is expensive but well worth it!

when did slimy car salesmen start selling vacuums?
-
It may have bag costs, but consider this: It fits under furniture easier, it's quieter, has a longer cord, has adjustable suction, it's easier to turn, it blows exhaust air straight up and not forward(as my Dyson does, blowing the dust I'm trying to vac) and it lays flat to fit under beds. I'll never go back.

These start at 429.00 for the twist, what a bargain! love them
So what's better the Sebo X4/X5, or the Miele S7?
Soldier0117 1 year ago
@Soldier0117 Tough one. I'd say Miele S7 over the Sebo. I think the Miele S7 has proven itself, and has way more features then the Sebo X4 or X5 does, however Sebo still holds the trophy for reliability. Sebo uprights have been on the market for much longer then Miele S7's (first German made upright by Miele), only time will tell if Miele S7 uprights will be as durable as the Sebo's have been. So far, so good though.

not a bad vac but it does have ongoing costs of bags unlike the dyson. each person will have a different opinion as their circumstances are all different. Unfortunatly alot of salespeople prefer miele over dyson as there is stacks more profit dollar in the miele.

@182aussiebassist I think an easier explanation of why people in this industry prefer Miele over Dyson is more because after a salesman sells a Miele, he knows that a customer will never bring in that machine angry because it's broken while he's in the middle of a sales demo of that machine. This is my personal experience anyways, I used to cringe when I saw a Dyson coming back in for warranty repairs, and it happened a lot. In 2 years of S7, not a single warranty repair has come in yet.

What is caypok?? At 4:15 he puts caypok on the floor. What is caypok?
violindivus 2 years ago
Caypok is synthetic pet hair. It's basically stuffing that's used for upholstery, We used to use real pet hair until we had customer that was terribly allergic to cat hair, and ran out of the store sneezing, and wheezing, we decided to use fake pet hair. It has almost identical texture and feel to actual pet hair.
