@SaayaRocks LAT is what the professionals use.Yes,professional MMD makers who take their time in editing and adding their own effects,stages,even making the music. Lat is incredibly easy to edit for it's form.And yes,it was made by people. Like Saaya said,they were made by Mr.LAT.

@RinHaruko People say Illegal meaning they made these items themselves and don't want them to be used and distributed out to the other MMD makers. With this,they will edit it and ruin the item for it's full potential. You can use Illegal items in MMD but you can not edit or say it is yours. It's sorta like a copyright.
