In other words, good is defined by whatever god happens to want/be. Saying God is good is the same as saying God is God. If god commanded men to rape and murder all weaker than him, that commandment would be good by Koukl's (and far too many Christians') standard.
But of course, "good" is not a concrete quality something can possess; it varies by situation & application. For instance, someone who shoots his grandma in the head at 100 yards may be a good shot, but not a good grandson.
god is good with one less 'o'. That's about as meaningful as it gets.
