Crazy Custom Traxxas Rustlers and Stampede!

The gold and black stadium truck is an older rustler. After years of sitting on the shelf I decided to restore it with a new 19 turn speed gem pro, repainted top and rims and a GM V3r ESC. From before it was equipped with nonstock Street tires/rims, painted top, red rear springs and a 7 cell battery. All those parts are still on in this vid. The blue stadium truck is also an older rustler it has not been previously customized but is equipped with a 19 turn speed gem, painted top, nonstock street tires/rims and a 7 cell battery. The monster truck is a new stamped. It has not been customized at all yet except for a 6 cell battery.

I have a Rustler VXL and Brushless Stampede both on 3s 4400mah Lipo.

If I were to put the same wheeles and body on them they would look the same which makes me wonder why they would handle different.

well actually even if you were to trade over the body and wheels the stampede main center part of the frame is physicly lifted much higher over the suspension arms then the rustler. and sense that part houses many of the heaver conponets it raises the center of gravity and makes it more prone to tipping.
